Print Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to your original packaging.
Package Your Device
Place your Ring device, along with all original cables, mounts, and manuals, into the box to ensure a successful inspection process.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 7-10 business days.
